APPOINTMENT INFORMATION
Pregnancy & Fertility Treatments
You cannot undergo any treatment at Sivana Skin and Laser if you are:
-pregnant,
-trying to become pregnant,
-undergoing/preparing for fertility treatments, or nursing.
MEDICAL CONDITIONS
Please notify us of any medical conditions or medical history that may impact your treatment, including but not limited to:
– Heart disease
– Thyroid disorders
– Diabetes
– Cancer
– Skin diseases
– Any other relevant health conditions
MINOR POLICY
If you are under 18, a parent or legal guardian must accompany you to your appointment to receive laser hair removal services.
REFUND POLICY
– No refunds will be issued for treatments received.
– All pre-paid packages and deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable, and may not be applied toward a different service than originally intended.
CANCELLATION / NO-SHOW POLICY
– Cancellations made 24 hours or less before the appointment will incur a fee equal to 50% of the single service price.
– No-shows are also subject to this fee.
– If applicable, missed appointments will not affect the number of services remaining in your pre-paid Package or Plan.
– Clients who arrive more than 15 minutes late may be subject to the late cancellation fee.
– We will do our best to accommodate late arrivals, but cannot guarantee full treatment time.
BOOKING & PRE-TREATMENT INSTRUCTION
Once you’ve booked your appointment, you will receive a confirmation text or email with:
– Appointment details.
– Safety instructions.
– All pre-treatment forms must be completed before confirming your appointment to avoid the 50% cancellation fee for any missed or ignored instructions.
VIRTUAL CONSULTATION
– Our Laser Technologist will contact you via text message or email to arrange a virtual consultation before your appointment. This will be scheduled at least one day prior to your visit.
During the consultation, we will:
– Confirm your candidacy for laser hair removal.
– Answer any questions you have.
– Ensure you’re fully prepared for treatment.
ARRIVAL GUIDLINES
– Please arrive early to allow time for parking and reviewing your pre-treatment paperwork.
– Late arrivals (more than 10 minutes) may result in: a late cancellation fee, rescheduling your appointment or reduced treatment time.
LASER HAIR REMOVAL REMINDER
To ensure safe and effective treatment, you must follow these laser-specific guidelines:
– Shave the treatment area 24–48 hours prior to your appointment.
– Do NOT take antibiotics within 2 weeks before or 1 week after treatment.
– Avoid iron supplements for 72 hours before and after your appointment.
– Avoid sun exposure and sunless tanning for at least 2 weeks before and after.
– Your skin must be at its natural, base color.
